Create and test your theme in the Developer Portal, then submit its listing for review. Publishing a theme version does not automatically list the theme in the Theme Store.
Prepare your listing#
Open Themes in your developer organization and select the theme. Save its name, tagline, description, category and HTTPS support URL. You can also add an HTTPS terms URL. Your developer profile must be approved before you submit a theme.

Publish and test a version#
Upload a theme ZIP that passes the package checks, choose a version number and publish the version. Use Install next to the published version to install it into one of your development stores as an inactive theme. Preview and test its pages before submitting the listing.
Before you submit#
Check your theme on a development store with real products, not only the demo catalog:

Submit for review#
The Marketplace review area shows the current status, selected price and any missing requirements. Save your listing changes, then select Submit for review. The submission includes your saved listing, latest published version and current price. It stays private while it is under review.
If you edit the listing or publish a different version while it is under review, withdraw the submission and submit it again. A changed submission cannot be approved as the earlier version. If changes are requested, the reviewer’s note appears above your listing form.
Pricing#
Themes from external developers are listed free. Paid theme pricing is not available for external developers at the moment.
After approval#
An approved public listing appears in the Theme Store. Merchants purchase a paid theme before installing it. Installation adds an inactive theme; merchants choose when to make it active.
An unlisted theme is unavailable for new purchases. Existing installations and eligible updates remain available. Contact support if a listing needs to be unlisted or restored.
Withdraw a submission#
While a theme is under review, select Withdraw submission and confirm. The review stops and the theme returns to Draft. The listing, uploaded versions and any existing installations remain saved. Make your changes, then submit again when ready. Withdrawing does not notify merchants.
Unlist or restore a theme#
Contact Tringify support with the theme name, its Developer Portal URL, the requested action and your reason. Explain whether you want to stop new sales or restore a previously unlisted theme. A reviewer records the decision and reason. Restoration requires the theme and its current price to remain eligible for publication.
Unlisting stops new purchases. Existing licences and installed copies remain available, and you can continue publishing eligible private updates. A payment session created before unlisting keeps its agreed price and original expiry; it is not extended. A successful payment for that session still grants the purchased licence. Unlisting does not automatically refund purchases, revoke licences or disable stores.
Decision history and notifications#
The Marketplace review area shows recent submissions and decisions with their dates and reviewer notes. Show more history reveals up to the 50 most recent events. Developer organization members with theme access receive review notifications according to their notification preferences. Review notices open the affected theme. For unlisting or restoration, affected store owners receive an availability notice. Reviewer notes are not included in merchant notices.
Support and security#
Unlisting does not change existing support commitments or promise unlimited future updates. If you intend to end support, contact Tringify separately with the affected versions, proposed date and a plan for existing merchants. The communication must explain what support ends, what access remains and what merchants can do. Report security concerns separately with the affected versions and a description of the issue. Ordinary unlisting does not revoke or disable installed themes.
